Pre-requisite:
If FortiClient is already installed on your Mac, uninstall it before proceeding with the new version (7.4). Start from Step 1.
1. Remove Existing FortiClient:
Click the FortiClient Icon on the menu bar to the top right of your laptop and select the option to Shutdown.
Go to Finder ---> Applications.
Double-click FortiClient Uninstaller Application.
Enter your admin password if asked.
2. Restart Your Mac: (Optional)
Click the Apple menu () > Restart.
3. Install via Kandji: (Optional)
Open Kandji Self Service from Applications or Launchpad.
Go to Utilities > Click Install under FortiClient VPN 7.4.
4. Manually Install the Forticlient App using the attached compressed file.
Open FortiClient VPN.
Click Configure VPN (gear icon).
Fill in the details: (Refer the Below Image)
Connection Name: Servify-Mumbai
Remote Gateway: mumfgt.servify.in
Port: 10443
Ensure these options are checked:
✅ SSL-VPN
✅ Customize Port (10443)
✅ Enable SSO
✅ Use external browser for login
Click Save.
6. Connect to VPN:
Select Servify-Mumbai.
Click Connect.
Log in using your Servify Google Workspace account when the browser opens.
